Materials
Depending on the type of conveyor belt, Twentebelt offers various material options to meet the specific requirements of your production process:
Stainless steel conveyor belts
Made of high-quality stainless steel from the 300 series, such as AISI 302, AISI 304 and AISI 316. These materials offer excellent resistance to corrosion and are extremely durable.
Steel conveyor belts
Manufactured from spring steel, suitable for applications that require exceptional strength and resistance to wear.
Hybrid conveyor belts
These conveyor belts combine stainless steel with materials like Acetal (POM) or Nylon (PA6) Flame Retardant for specific applications.

Made of PA6G and POM, for example.

Drive- and idler rollers
Available in different types, such as cage rollers, disc rollers, tube rollers, reversible rollers and chain rollers. All rollers are produced in-house by Twentebelt so they align with the chosen conveyor belt and your specific applications optimally.

Eyelink belts
Our eyelink conveyor belts are robust, versatile, and suitable for numerous food processing applications. They are resistant to high temperatures and corrosive environments, making them ideal for harsh production conditions. In addition, eyelink conveyor belts are flexible in design and durable in use.
Wire mesh belts
Wire mesh conveyor belts are exceptionally efficient, both in terms of applications and costs. Due to their open structure, they are very suitable for light products and applications where the product needs to have the smallest contact area with the conveyor belt as possible. In addition, the wire mesh conveyor belt also guarantees good product transfer due to the small radius on the reverse sides.
Spiral woven belts
Woven conveyor belts offer an extensive number of designs and applications. From demanding applications with heavy loads across large widths, to very densely woven for small products or bulk materials. No application is too complex for spiral and braided conveyor belts to offer a solution.
TwenteFlex™
TwenteFlex™ is our spiral conveyor belt with a unique design without welded connections. The smart design of TwenteFlex™ ensures less downtime, reduces the risk of damage to the drum and eliminates several major causes of traditional spiral belt issues. TwenteFlex™ is used worldwide in spiral towers and has the unique ability to run in both a low tension (friction drive) as well as an inside direct drive (IDD) system.
TwenteSideFlex™
The design of TwenteSideFlex™ is based on our TwenteFlex™ spiral conveyor belt and designed for use in spiral or oval systems, without a central drum driving the belt. TwenteSideFlex™ is our outside direct drive (ODD) solution that may suit your application, system, or workspace better than a low tension or inside direct drive.
